Our Process
Initial Phone Inquiry
Call us for an estimate. We will gather some basic information such as your name, address, phone number, pool type and size, and the main reason you are calling.
Pre-Qualification and Scheduling
We will confirm the service area and briefly discuss availability. During this stage, we will let you know what to expect from us during your first assessment.
On-Site Pool Assessment
A technician arrives and thoroughly inspects the pool. We will look at your water condition, surface and tile condition, equipment (pump, filter, heater, automation), chemical levels, and overall cleanliness. This step can also be completed virtually.
Discussion of Findings
We will walk you through what our findings are and recommend services. During this step, we will answer any questions that you have and explain the options to you in plain language.
Service Recommendation and Estimate
We will present a clear estimate based on the assessment, pricing, frequency, and any one-time startup costs.
